Miley Cyrus Snapped Smoking: Right or Wrong?

Miley Cyrus has a cute new puppy, but an ugly new habit.
While on vacation with Liam Hemsworth in Michigan this week, the singer/actress was photographed multiple times with a cigarette in her hand. Check out the photos here.

Naturally, Cyrus has a right to smoke. But does she have a responsibility not to?

Katie Couric argued that point on The View this morning, saying - as a mother of a teenager - she is disappointed that Cyrus is setting this kind of example. The star, after all, simply has to know that cameras follow her every move. She also must be aware of the average age of her fan base.

What do you think? Miley's lungs, Miley's problem? Or, come on Miley, an A-list celebrity ought to act like a role model?

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth: Back Together?!?

A couple days after the singer told an Australian newspaper that she has a boyfriend, sources have identified that love interest as none other than Liam Hemsworth, the actor who has been off and on with Miley for years.
"They've been hanging out a lot," a friend of Liam's tells E! News. "They've been trying to do it away from the cameras."

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are allegedly running it back. Again.

Hemsworth will be reportedly accompany Cyrus to his native land, as she stops by Australia during her Gypsy Heart tour on June 21.

So, can we count on another long run for Miam? An insider simply says the two are "taking it slow and just enjoying each other's company." Naked company, that is!

Tyler Posey and Miley Cyrus: Former Couple Alert!

Tyler Posey has received his big break on MTV's Teen Wolf, portraying the main character of Scott McCall.
But the young actor recently opened up about another big occasion in his life: his first kiss, which took place with a certain well-known artist/actress.
"I worked on a TV show called 'Doc,' starring Billy Ray Cyrus, when I was nine-years-old," Posey told Seventeen. "His daughter, Miley Cyrus, was my first kiss and girlfriend. We dated for two years and broke up when we were 11."

Don't worry, though, folks, the wounds are no longer fresh. Posey says all is well between him and Miley.

"I saw her three years later on TV and freaked out! We're still friends."

Billy Ray Cyrus on Liam Hemsworth: What a Guy! What an Actor!

Billy Ray Cyrus is shying away from fears over Satanical attacks these days.
As he continues to make amends for statements he made earlier this year (such as claiming that fame ruined his family), Billy Ray is showing major support for his daughter's boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.
"He's a great guy," Billy Ray told E! News yesterday while promoting his patriotic new album "I'm American." "He's solid. He's got great character."

Hemsworth will also be known as a lot more than Miley Cyrus' boyfriend in a few months: he's landed the major role of Gale in The Hunger Games.

How does Billy Ray think the young actor will do?

"The script is killer, and Liam is going to knock it out of the park," said the country crooner."He's a tremendous talent."

Up next for Billy Ray, professionally? A great cause. He hosts Surprise Homecoming, a TLC show about American troops reuniting with their families. It premieres on July 11.

Miley Cyrus Gets a New Tattoo! Again!

Back in December, the amazing Miley Cyrus tapped into her religious side when she got a tattoo of a cross on her finger while in New Orleans.
Well, the singer and actress just got some more ink in Rio!
Brazilian tattoo artist Fabio Sattori did the job (see photos here) with Miley getting inked on her right wrist, along with some of her friends.

What's the design this time? For the moment, no one knows.

Tats aside, the former Hannah Montana star has been having fun in Brazil with family and friends. She resumes her Gypsy Heart tour in Colombia Thursday.
"I never want Gypsy to end. I would love more than anything to continue traveling. The world gets more beautiful everyday," says the inspirational youngster.
"Brazil has inspired me to add one more song to my set. I think you guys are gonna be very happy about the new addition (sic)," Cyrus posted on her Twitter.
